Some medical conditions may interact with Minocycline. If you got any health conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you tell your doctor or pharmacist:

if you are allergic to medicines, foods, or other substances

Some medications may interact with Minocycline. Inform your health care provider if you're taking any other medications, particularly any of the following:
Aluminum salts (eg, aluminum carbonate) or cimetidine as they may reduce Minocycline's effectiveness
Because the risk of the side effects can be increased by Minocycline acitretin, anticoagulants (eg, warfarin), digoxin, ergot alkaloids (eg, ergotamine), isotretinoin, methotrexate, methoxyflurane, or theophyllines
Live oral typhoid vaccine, oral contraceptives (birth control pills), or penicillins (eg, amoxicillin) because their effectiveness can be decreased by Minocycline.
