Carbamazepine, thyroid medicines (eg, levothyroxine), or stimuli (eg, albuterol, sudafed) because their negative effects can be increased by Amitriptyline
Warfarin because side effects like severe bleeding may be increased by Amitriptyline
Clonidine, guanethidine, or guanfacine because the potency of these medicines can be decreased.
